
A light nibble for a drinks party!
This recipe is suitable for the beginner or the more experienced cook. Just buy ready made ingredients from your supermarket and put them together. It will impress your guests.
Ingredients
- 16 ready-made cocktail blinis
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- a small bunch of fresh chives
- 200g smoked salmon
- fresh sprigs of chives to decorate
Method
- Snip the chives with scissors instead of chopping them. Stir the cut chives into the creme fraiche.
- To serve, top each blini with 1/2 tablespoon of creme fraiche.
- Top with a slice of smoked salmon
- Garnish with sprigs of chives.

Tips
- For this recipe buy the best smoked salmon that your pocket can afford.
- Do not change the creme fraiche for other products. Creme Fraiche and salmon make the perfect combination.
